Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

The mission and purpose of the HVAC team is to provide tenants in TFC properties with a comfortable, healthy environment in which to work and to provide process cooling for computer rooms and precise temperature control for lab rooms.

The HVAC Team is responsible for maintaining the following quantities of equipment:
  - 33 chillers
  - 24 boilers
  - 175 Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
  - 18 cooling towers (46 individual cells)
  - Numerous direct expansion split systems (condenser compressors and air handlers)
  - Numerous chilled water, condenser water, hot water, and condensate water pumps
  - Over 3000 pneumatic thermostats
  - Numerous air handling units and variable air volume boxes
  - Numerous Roof Top Units (RTUs)
  - Numerous exhaust fans and range hoods
