Commissioner Brant C. Ince of Dallas was appointed by Governor Rick Perry in 2009 for a term to expire January 31, 2015. Commissioner Ince is a vice president with AECC, Inc., one of the nation's leading construction consulting organizations, providing consulting services to local, regional and national clients. He currently provides third-party consulting for commercial construction lenders and investors, focusing on construction lending risk management and related due diligence items. He is also a director with the Texas A&M 12th Man Foundation and is a member of the Texas A&M Association of Former Yell Leaders Executive Board, Dallas A&M Club Executive Board and The Real Estate Council (TREC) in Dallas. Commissioner Ince went to high school in North Richland Hills, Texas, and received a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M.

The Texas Facilities Commission consists of seven board members. Three members are appointed by the governor, two additional members appointed by the governor from a list of nominees submitted by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and two members appointed by the lieutenant governor. Executive Director Terry Keel manages the day-to-day business of the Commission, employs staff and fulfills duties and responsibilities assigned by law or delegated by TFC.
