Aundre Dukes

Aundre S. Dukes serves the Texas Facilities Commission as Portfolio Manager and Public Liaison in the Planning & Asset Management Division. Aundre joined the Facilities Commission in 2009 as part of the Leasing and Space Management Division tasked with programming the Statewide Lease Consolidation Strategy, an initiative to achieve operational efficiencies and economies of scale by aggregating state commercial leases into regional service centers. In 2010 Mr. Dukes became the Commission's Portfolio Manager.

Aundre currently oversees the Comprehensive Asset Management and Development Strategy, the public-private initiative to enhance the value of the State's 28.4 million square foot portfolio of owned and leased facilities through strategic planning, identification of value-add opportunities and repurposing of underutilized properties. He advocates for collaboration between all levels of government to achieve mutual benefits.
